Kerry Pierson
Kerry brings over 30 years of business experience to Copia Learning, including 12 years as a Director of Operations, leading teams and supporting businesses through growth and change.
A qualified coach and experienced trainer, Kerry also spent 12 years in television presenting and has designed and delivered leadership and management development programmes, including an international manager coaching programme at Groupon.
She combines strong business credentials with an engaging, down-to-earth approach, believing that learning should be practical, relevant and immediately useful in the workplace.
Andy Jones
Andy brings extensive experience media and production to Copia Learning, with a career spanning creative development and producing engaging content for a wide range of audiences.
An experienced writer and producer, Andy has worked with organisations including the NHS and UK Shipping, bringing strong communication and storytelling skills to the design and delivery of learning.
His approach combines creativity with practical business experience, helping turn complex subjects into clear, engaging and memorable learning that people can put into practice.
